4. Payment Terms

Typical payment structure:

  • 50% advance to begin production
  • 50% before dispatch

Custom terms may be available for long-term B2B clients.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only when:

  • Advance payment is made
  • Technical approvals (drawings, finishes) are finalized
  • Production timelines are agreed upon

6. Production Timeline

  • Standard orders: 4–8 weeks
  • Large/bespoke projects: 8–12+ weeks
    Timelines depend on customization and volume.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer EXW, FOB, CIF, and other international shipping terms.
  • Transit times may vary by destination.
  • SpaceZuri is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or unforeseen events.

8. Warranty & Claims

  • Manufacturing warranty provided (varies by product).
  • Transit damages must be reported within 48 hours with images/videos.
  • Natural wood/metal variations are not considered defects.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.
  • Bespoke/custom-made furniture is non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval (when applicable).

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on the website are the property of SpaceZuri. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
